Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has left our warehouse. There may be delays related to postal services that are outside of our control. However, once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your order.
During holidays, there may be delays due to high volume. Please, plan in advance to those situations.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please, keep in mind that international delivery can take up to 20 days.
You will receive a notification when your order has left our warehouse. There may be delays related to postal services that are outside of our control. However, once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lanchid LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
You might be contacted by FedEx or any other shipping company to collect duties and taxes before it arrives to your destination.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tesori-usa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
